SKC has assisted Garvey School District with the process of Modular Building through combined efforts in consulting, used and new custom modulars. SKC has been there whenever a need or issue arises, Sean is extremely responsive and works to get it done in a very timely manner.

All Interested Parties, Since 2013, I have had th epleasure of working with Mr. Sean Khan and SKC on numerous district wide modular projects. SKC is working with Garden Grove School Distict on several different school projects. I am impressed with SKC's ability to understand construction process especially as it relates to school projects. These are especially challengin projects due to having to meet very stringent construction schedules.
