How we are Staying Safe

Here at SKC Company, safety comes first in all that we do. In light of the current global pandemic, we want to assure you that our team is doing our part to follow local and state health guidelines to keep our operations up and running safely.

Keeping our customers, employees, and communities safe is our number one priority and as a result we have created safety measures that will allow us to help limit the spread of Coronavirus while making sure we can get the job done.

Our team continues to monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as local health and safety departments to make sure our company guidelines are up to date.

Overview of precautions we are taking here at SKC:

Implementing our COVID-19 Safety Plan – This company wide plan includes specific safety measures that reflect required or recommended guidelines including but not limited to cleaning/sanitization protocols, social distancing, and wearing face coverings when necessary. This plan prioritizes the health and safety of our customers and our employees so that we can implement your project safely.
Quality Customer Service – While much has changed due to the pandemic, our commitment to serving you to the best of our abilities has not. Our constant focus is making sure you experience excellent customer service while receiving quality deliverables. Due to our new protocols, some of our team members may work remotely and you may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Maintaining Product Availability – At SKC we remain connected with our partners and suppliers to ensure the product(s) you need are available and ready. We are committed to finding alternative avenues should the need arise.

Consistent Communication – During these unprecedented times, communication is key. We are continuing to monitor changes to safety and health regulations to make sure we adapt our measures as needed. SKC has assisted Garvey School District with the process of Modular Building through combined efforts in consulting, used and new custom modulars. SKC has been there whenever a need or issue arises, Sean is extremely responsive and works to get it done in a very timely manner.

All Interested Parties, Since 2013, I have had th epleasure of working with Mr. Sean Khan and SKC on numerous district wide modular projects. SKC is working with Garden Grove School Distict on several different school projects. I am impressed with SKC's ability to understand construction process especially as it relates to school projects. These are especially challengin projects due to having to meet very stringent construction schedules. They have demonstarted their ability to work with the district to assure timely completion of the projects they have supervised. in conclusion, I understand SKC is being considered for interim hosuing, custom modulars or relocation services.
