Our used Modular Building Inventory complies with all Division of the State Architect (DSA) applicable codes and is an existing “certified” stockpile or our semi-newly constructed “stockpile” fleet fabricated in our manufacturing facility and stored in our used fleet.  DSA modular buildings are designed to be reused or repurposed multiple times and transported to different sites. DSA Modulars are utilized for schools (k-12), Colleges, Charter Schools throughout California for Classrooms, Office/Administration, Science Labs, Kitchens, Warming Kitchen, Lockers, Daycare, Headstart, Restrooms, Cosmetology, Baseball Clubhouse, Library’s, Concession Stand, Weight Room, Dance Studio, Music Studio, Art, Band Room and in any application where our DSA Modular building can meet a temporary space need.
